Why: I recently had a client move out of the country and is leasing his home. His lot is studded with pine trees; the needles clogged his gutters, which overflowed onto the roof during the heavy rains. Water ponded and the roof leaked.
How: Personally, I contact Steve’s Windows once a year, they do an amazing job washing my windows and I have them clean the gutters at the same time.
When: Annually

Why: Southern California is a hotbed of termite activity. If the infestation goes untreated for too long, an expensive fumigation may be necessary.

If you live alone, it certainly is affordable to treat yourself once a week, to some of their takeout. Feeding a family from their take out would likely be as expensive as going out to dinner.
