Hopefully my neighbors to the North are safe. For me this deluge is just an inconvenience, my home isn't at risk. Is everyone okay?

Perhaps your chant averted the anticipated down pour. I have been putting off going to the grocery store as the thought of carrying the groceries into the house in the rain is not appealing. Oh what I wouldn't give for an attached garage.
