Another Price Reduction @ Glendale's Americana

It just keeps getting better and better at Glendale’s Americana. They have had a sizzling hot price reduction. Homeowner’s Dues (HOA) which include pool, barbecue, sauna, hot tub, gym, club room, valet parking, and one call concierge may still be a bit high at $876 - $939.

But I think we might be able to negotiate an initial subsidy. Interested call me?

It seems that these prices finally coincide with today's economy. I would think they would now sell quickly.

I heard a rumor, from someone who knows the sales staff that the sales are at about 35%, rentals at 90%.

I heard that their condo sales team are cautiously optimistic that they can get the first round of buyers in on time (closed) for the first time buyer’s credit.
