El Tovar closes escrow
Mansionization was brought to the forefront in Glendale during the 1990’s. Do you recall Glendale’s El Tovar controversy? After 442 days on the market it finally closed escrow for $2,586,000; originally listed May of 2008 for $3,950,000

re:mansonization houses
how well I remember those days, I was in real estate during the 70s un till the year 1990. Small houses were bought up and larger, ugh, huge homes were installed on rather small lots. We hated the look of it but there was
nothing we realtors could do. Happy you made the sale! Joyce |
